Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Fidalgo Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. . We take great pride in the quality of our products. Because our goods are perishable in nature, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure food safety and quality standards.

By purchasing from our website/app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Delivered Orders)

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, goods once received and accepted cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • We are unable to accept returns because we cannot guarantee the temperature control, hygiene, and integrity of the product once it has left our delivery network.

2. Non-Delivery & Refusal of Order

  • If an order is not received by you (e.g., shipment is lost in transit, or delivery fails due to an error on our part), you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Important Exception: If the delivery fails or is refused because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts by our delivery partner, a refund will not be applicable due to the perishable nature of the items.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

While we do not accept standard returns, we want to make things right if we made a mistake.

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 days of delivery.

  • To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide:

    1. Your Order ID.

    2. Clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging label.

4. Refunds Process

  • Once your claim for non-delivery or a damaged item is verified and approved by our team, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
