Shipping Policy for Perishable Goods

Thank you for choosing Fidalgo Laboratories Pvt Ltd. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we treat every shipment with extra care. We use specialized packaging and expedited logistics to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Because our goods are freshly prepared/perishable, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 day of order confirmation.

  • No Weekend/Holiday Dispatches: To avoid packages sitting in transit hubs over Sundays or public holidays, we do not dispatch shipments on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Specialized Packaging

  • All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging  to maintain optimal freshness during transit.

  • We recommend opening the package immediately upon arrival and storing the items as per the storage instructions provided on the box (e.g., refrigeration).

3. Customer Responsibility & Delivery Attempts

Because these are perishable food items, timed delivery and immediate receipt are critical.

  • Be Available: Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the delivery on the scheduled day.

  • Single Delivery Attempt: Our courier partners will only make one delivery attempt. If the delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, the door is locked, or security refuses entry, the package will be disposed of due to spoilage risks. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before checking out. We cannot alter the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link via [SMS / WhatsApp / Email].

  • We highly recommend tracking your shipment closely so you can ensure someone is home to receive it.
